We are excited to share that beginning on January 2nd, 2026, the Longwood Collective will begin to use the Passio Go app in place of Transloc. This app offers enhanced real-time updates of LMA Shuttle locations and precise next stop arrival times. To find out more click here:

To access this information on-the-go we encourage everyone to download the Passio GO! app, which is available for iPhone and Android.

In addition to real time tracking and next stop predictions you can also see service alerts that are posted in real time to advise you about things like detours and delays.

Please see below for further information:

(Add Longwood Collective as your selected agency if you haven't done so already. This should be the first step after downloading the app.)

• Tap the three lines in the top-left corner of the app
• Select “Stop List”
• Scroll to or search for your desired stop
• Tap the colorful circle next to the stop

From there, you should be able to view all routes that serve that stop along with their estimated arrival times.
