We are excited to share that beginning on January 2nd, 2026, the Longwood Collective will begin to use the Passio Go app in place of Transloc. This app offers enhanced real-time updates of LMA Shuttle locations and precise next stop arrival times.

Passio Go has many advantages for our riders:

  • Improved reliability
  • More accurate arrival predictions
  • Optional alerts and push notifications for mobile devices
  • Integration with Harvard Transit
  • Upgraded user interface

For New Passio Users

  1. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner of the app
  2. Select “My Agency”
  3. Scroll or use the search bar to find “Longwood Collective”
  4. Tap “View

Once selected, you will be able to see all Longwood Collective shuttle routes.

  2. Select “Stop List”
  3. Scroll or search for your desired stop
  4. Tap the colorful circle next to the stop name

Users who are already using Passio Go for another agency must add the LMA shuttles in order to view them.

  1. Open the Passio Go app
  2. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner
  3. Tap your Current Agency
  4. Tap “Change Agency” on the bottom-right corner
  5. Scroll or use the search bar to find “LMA shuttles”
    (formerly known as MASCO)
  6. Tap “View”

This will allow Longwood Collective routes to display in the app.
(You can still keep Harvard as an option—just switch on/off your desired routes as needed.)

Please make sure to download the Passio Go app on or before January 2nd, as the Transloc service will be taken offline. Bus tracking will only be available on the Passio Go app.
