As a reminder, the LMA Shuttles require a valid ID from one of our member institutions to ride.

The M2 shuttle requires a valid Harvard ID to ride. A person with a non-Harvard ID may purchase a single-ride ticket purchased in advance.

We ask that all passengers please present their ID’s while approaching the driver to facilitate the boarding process.

Please be advised that in the first week of July, the LMA Shuttles will be switching service operators which means that passengers will see some new faces driving the LMA Shuttles and working at bus stops.

Effective June 1st, 2024, the Fenway Midday Express will be consolidated into the Fenway Midday. The Fenway Midday Express will no longer operate and the Fenway Mid will have a second vehicle and a more frequent schedule. 

This change is being made to improve the schedule frequency and consistency during the midday and to reduce confusion by having two routes with similar names and destinations.

Beginning May 2nd and lasting approximately 2 months Brookline Ave will be closed to northbound traffic between 8 pm and 5 am. This will impact the road between David Ortiz Way and Newbury St. Normal service during the daytime hours will not be disrupted by this construction.

All departures after the 7:50 pm from BIDMC West Campus will not be able to access the Lansdowne Garage, Ipswich Garage, 1295 Boylston St, or 55 Jersey Street stops. Passengers will be let off at Brookline at Jersey Street.

Effective Friday, May 12th, the Longwood Collective will update its policy from requiring masks be worn at all times to encouraging masks while on our shuttles. This policy update coincides with the end of the federal and Massachusetts COVID-19 Public Health Emergency at the end of the day on May 11th, and is consistent with CDC guidelines, which do not require masks to be worn on public or private buses or vans.
