Tuesday August 27th, Storyteller THEA IBERALL is OUTSIDE from 12-2 pm at the Countway Courtyard telling stories on the half hour. Iberall has been called ‘a shimmering bridge between heart and mind.’ An inductee into the International Educators Hall of Fame, she writes stories that springboard from the personal into moral issues, scientific questions, and emotional truths.

TUESDAY August 20^th, BARBARA ALIPRANTIS, a trilingual (English/Greek/ASL) Storyteller will be OUTSIDE at the Countway Courtyard telling stories on the half hour from 12-2pm.

On Tuesday, August 13^th, Bands on Blackfan has unfortunately been cancelled due to storms in the forecast.

The week of July 15th brings exciting new speakers OUTSIDE in the LMA. 

Two talks this week hit on some very timely topics, both dealing with brain health:

Who doesn't love a gorgeous summer day, live music, food trucks galore and FREE sunscreen?

The first "Bands on Blackfan" of 2019 was a HUGE success! The new location in front of Merck and Emmanuel saw the largest crowd ever to enjoy the Thinkin Big Band and Moyzilla, Bon Me, Zinneken's, MoRockin' Fusion and Sate Grill food trucks.  

Did you know.....

MASCO's Shuttle Service moves close to 13,000 people every day from transit hubs up to a mile away from the center of Longwood. 

Approximately 1,800 people ride the JFK Shuttle each day, connecting the Red Line and Commuter Rail to the LMA. 

Renowned Chess Champion Marc Esserman OUTSIDE here in the LMA today from 3-5 pm at the Countway Courtyard. Marc will run a chess "simul," where he will play multiple players at once as well as instruct anyone interested in learning the basics of the game.
