Harvard and BWH Users Already Using Passio Go:

If you already use the Passio Go app for another agency (for example, Harvard or BWH), you can still view Longwood Collective shuttle routes — you just need to add/select Longwood Collective as an agency as well.

Step 1: Add or Switch to Longwood Collective

1. Open the Passio Go app
2. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner
3. Tap your Current Agency 
4. Tap “Change Agency” on the bottom-right corner
5. Scroll or use the search bar to find “Longwood Collective”
   (formerly known as MASCO)
6. Tap “View” 

This will allow Longwood Collective routes to display in the app.
(You can still keep Harvard as an option—just switch on/off your desired routes as needed.)

Step 2: Find Your Stop and View Arrival Times

1. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner
2. Select “Stop List”
3. Scroll to or search for your desired M2 stop
4. Tap the colorful circle next to the stop name
5. View routes serving that stop and their estimated arrival times
