We are excited to share that beginning on January 2nd, 2026[KT1] , the Longwood Collective will begin to use the Passio Go app in place of Transloc. This app offers enhanced real-time updates of LMA Shuttle locations and precise next stop arrival times.

Passio Go has many advantages for our riders:

• Improved reliability
• More accurate arrival predictions
• Optional alerts and push notifications for mobile devices
• Integration with Harvard Transit
• Upgraded user interface

Please make sure to download the Passio Go app on or before January 2nd, as the Transloc service will be taken offline. Bus tracking will only be available on the Passio Go app.
